Are you passionate about optimizing next-generation mobile networks? First Point Group is seeking a skilled RF Optimization Engineer with hands-on experience in 5G technologies to join an exciting project in Santiago, Chile.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform 5G RF optimization to enhance network performance and user experience
• Conduct drive tests, analyze KPIs, and use optimization tools to identify and resolve issues
• Troubleshoot and improve network performance across various layers
• Work with Huawei equipment to fine-tune configurations and parameters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimization strategies

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in 5G RF Optimization
• Hands-on expertise with Huawei vendor equipment
• Strong understanding of KPIs, drive test analysis, and optimization tools
• Ability to troubleshoot and enhance network performance
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is a plus
