Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Analyst in Chile (onsite) to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory handling, picking, packing and shipping. You will verify receipts against packing lists, manage ERP-driven movements, safeguard inventory locations, and support training of new staff while following ISO standards.

• More than 1 year in similar positions; basic warehouse and logistics management.
• Must be able to work with little supervision.
• Must be able to work varied hours.
• Familiar with forklift crane and FIFO inventory control.

Responsabilidades

• Manage overall warehouse operations and administration.
• Receive goods and verify against packing lists; inspect condition.
• Report any issues affecting compliant receipts in the system.
• Store products in designated locations by product code; assign locations as needed.
• Physically prepare reserved products in ERP and register them for delivery.
• Prepare orders per system instructions and record inventory movements.
• Create kits or weapon packs after dispatch if applicable.
• Handle returns per established procedures and replenish inventory.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Occasionally train new employees and review expiration dates.
• Adhere to ISO standards and Olympus procedures.
• Perform domestic shipments and other duties as assigned.
• Prepare equipment for customer evaluations or demonstrations; schedule them.
