You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, craft AI-driven solutions, and measure impact while exploring emerging vibe coding platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience building products, startups, side projects, or internal tools.
• Familiarity with vibe coding tools such as v0, Bolt, Lovable, or Chef by Convex.
• Experience using AI coding editors (e.g., Cursor) to accelerate development.
• Creative and curious mindset: enjoys tinkering and rapid prototyping.

As a Vibe Coder, you'll shape the way our teams work by designing tools, automations, and AI-powered utilities that make internal workflows smoother, faster, and more fun. You'll prototype new ideas quickly, experiment fearlessly, and bring a hacker's mindset to enhancing human creativity and productivity.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain internal tools, automations, and AI integrations that empower teams and improve workflows.
• Prototype new AI utilities and productivity features that let humans focus on human things — creativity, strategy, and collaboration.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to discover pain points, design AI-driven solutions, and measure their impact.
• Experiment with emerging tools and frameworks, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with vibe coding platforms and AI coding assistants.
• Translate ambiguous problems into tangible prototypes, testing and iterating quickly to validate ideas.
• Contribute to a culture of playful innovation, helping make technology feel approachable, inspiring, and even a little magical

Requirements
