Innovasea is seeking a Sales Specialist in Puerto Varas, Chile, to lead growth for the Aquaculture Intelligence line with a strong field presence. You’ll develop and expand the regional customer base, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with global teams to deliver compelling solutions.

The role requires 50% travel, visits to client sites, and active participation in industry events to drive revenue and long-term partnerships.

Competenze

• Experience selling solutions in B2B environments.
• Strong knowledge of aquaculture and salmon farming.
• Able to prepare and deliver audience-tailored presentations.
• Excellent writing, communication, negotiation, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; internal working language is English.
• Familiarity with CRM best practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Mansioni

• Manage the commercial process in Salesforce, including sales forecasting and pipeline management for software, products and solutions.
• Generate new business through direct, field-based engagement with prospects and customers across the region.
• Identify prospects and required product offerings to increase market share and presence.
• Manage client relationships with on-site visits, identifying unmet needs and anticipating opportunities.
• Resolve client challenges by investigating issues and proposing solutions.
• Perform needs analysis of existing and potential clients to meet their needs.
• Work with engineering, marketing, and production to ensure sales obligations are met in a timely fashion.
• Attend relevant industry events and conferences, and support Innovasea presence at such events.
• Monitor competitor products and activities, and update market benchmarks.
