IQVIA is seeking a Senior Statistical Programmer to provide Pharmacometrics support for clinical trials in a remote, home-based role. The position requires senior-level expertise in CDISC standards (ADaM/SDTM), and hands-on R and SAS programming across multiple studies.

You will mentor junior programmers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive methodological and process improvements to ensure high-quality deliverables within tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years in efficacy analysis (ADaM datasets & TLFs) or 4+ years in ADaM programming for clinical trials.
• Hands-on proficiency in R is mandatory.
• Proficient in SAS programming.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Native LATAM language: Spanish or Portuguese.
• Ability to lead and mentor programming teams.
• Ability to handle confidential information and tight deadlines.
