Murex Chile is seeking a capable Test Lead to coordinate all test activities within projects. You will lead the test stream, monitor scope, schedule and budget, and drive quality through planning, risk analysis and automation opportunities.

You will collaborate across groups and provide essential KPI and deployment planning for successful deliveries. Ideal candidates have a university degree in computer science or equivalent, 1–3 years of experience, strong SQL/XML/Unix/Windows/Java or C/C++

Formación

• Knowledge in technical environments such as SQL, XML, Unix, Windows, Java or C/C++ is a must.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all test activities within the project on Murex side (definition, design, implementation and control).
• Lead the test stream and resources.
• Monitor scope, schedule, and budget of the stream.
• Monitor and mitigate risks and issues of the stream.
• Design Murex test strategy and plan from project requirements and planning.
• Contribute to test coverage and quality risk identification.
• Assess opportunities and tools for automation.
• Define a deployment plan on the project.
• Coordinate and drive project test campaigns and reports on progress and results.
• Support and advise on Client overall test strategy.
