Accenture Chile is seeking a senior professional to become a subject matter expert in Business Operating Model and Change Strategy. You will guide critical decisions, collaborate with multiple groups, and drive initiatives that improve operational performance and safety standards.

The role emphasizes data collection and analysis to support strategic projects, with coaching across teams and stakeholders at all levels.

Formación

• Master proficiency in Business Operating Model.
• Master proficiency in Change Strategy.
• A minimum of 8 of experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and analyze operational data using specialized methods and tools to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop and quantify strategies aimed at optimizing organizational operations and enhancing overall performance.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across all levels to implement strategies effectively and ensure alignment.
• Provide coaching and guidance to ensure accurate interpretation and use of data and key performance indicators.
• Support the design and management of capital projects and contribute to the development of energy transition plans.
