Una empresa global de servicios profesionales busca un encargado para la revisión y análisis del Capex y Opex de un proyecto de metro. El candidato ideal debe ser ingeniero civil, industrial o economista, con más de 10 años de experiencia en gestión de costos en proyectos de infraestructura y conocimientos en contratos EPC. Ofrecemos un entorno de trabajo flexible y respetuoso con el equilibrio entre vida laboral y personal.

Formación

• Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en gestión de costos en proyectos de infraestructura.
• Experiencia previa en proyectos de metro, ferroviarios o transporte urbano.
• Conocimientos en contratos EPC y modelos de concesión APP.

Responsabilidades

• Revisar y sustentar Capex y Opex del proyecto.
• Elaborar matrices de costos y valorizaciones.
• Presentar reportes económicos para el Concesionario y autoridades.
• Dar soporte en negociaciones con proveedores estratégicos.

Job Description

Encargado de la revisión, análisis y sustentación del Capex y Opex del proyecto, proponiendo esquemas óptimos de costos y operación para sistemas de metro.

Responsibilities

• Revisar y sustentar Capex y Opex del proyecto.
• Elaborar matrices de costos y valorizaciones.
• Presentar reportes económicos para el Concesionario y autoridades.
• Dar soporte en negociaciones con proveedores estratégicos.

Qualifications

• Ingeniero civil, industrial, economista o afín.
• +10 años de experiencia en gestión de costos en proyectos de infraestructura.
