Overview
We are looking for a Supply Chain Senior Analyst based in Santiago Chile. The Supply Chain Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement operations, logistics coordination, inventory control, and vendor management. This role ensures that materials and services are sourced, delivered, and managed in alignment with project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints. The Supply Chain Senior Analyst plays a vital role in maintaining the availability of critical components to support uninterrupted operations and maintenance across the company’s asset portfolio.

- Inventory & Warehouse Support
- Control stock levels and optimize inventory costs.
- Manage audits, reconciliations, and spare parts cataloguing.
- Contract Negotiation & Supplier Management
- Negotiate terms on cost, quality, and service levels.
- Ensure contracts meet legal and financial requirements.
- Warranty & Claims Management
- Administer warranty claims and vendor compliance.
- Track issues and analyze root causes for long-term insights.
- Supplier Relationship & Performance
- Build and evaluate a qualified supplier base.
- Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
- Financial & Budgetary Oversight
- Optimize procurement, inventory, and vendor costs.
- Drive OPEX/CAPEX efficiency through contract renegotiation.
- Governance & Compliance
- Enforce procurement policies, ethics, and regulations.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and risk mitigation.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Align priorities across asset, engineering, and procurement teams.
- Support customer and partner communications.
What specific knowledge do you need?
- BESS, Wind and Solar Operations and Maintenance experience
- Familiarity with Incoterms, customs clearance, and international logistics.
- 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics in an industrial or operational environment.
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of contract management. Able to interpret legal documents and agreements.
