Job summary

Natura busca Supervisora de Ventas para liderar y capacitar a la red de Líderes y Consultoras de Negocio en La Serena, Coquimbo, Ovalle e Illapel. Tu misión será acompañar, potenciar y hacer crecer la red, llevando los valores e innovación de Natura y Avon a terreno.

Se requiere título profesional o universitario, experiencia en venta directa, gestión comercial y análisis de indicadores. Se valora manejo de Office, redes sociales y disponibilidad para desplazamientos.

Qualifications

• Formación: Título profesional o universitario en áreas afines.
• Experiencia en venta directa, desarrollo comercial o gestión de intangibles (seguros, Isapres, banca, capacitación).
• Manejo y desarrollo de cartera de clientes/equipos.
• Análisis de indicadores comerciales y elaboración de informes.
• Experiencia en docencia, capacitación o formación de equipos.
• Licencia de conducir vigente clase B.

Responsibilities

• Liderar, acompañar y potenciar a la red de Líderes y Consultoras de Negocio.
• Impulsar crecimiento comercial sostenible y promover los valores de Natura y Avon.
• Gestión de indicadores y reportes para la zona asignada.

Como Supervisora de Ventas serás un referente de liderazgo e impacto social. Tu misión principal será acompañar, capacitar y potenciar a nuestra red de Líderes y Consultoras de Negocio, impulsando el crecimiento comercial sostenible y llevando los valores e innovación de Natura y Avon a terreno.

Requisitos:

Formación: Deseable título profesional o universitario en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración, Relaciones Públicas, Comunicación Social, Pedagogía/Docencia o áreas afines. Experiencia Indispensable: Venta directa, desarrollo comercial o gestión de intangibles (seguros, Isapres, banca, capacitación, etc.). Manejo y desarrollo de cartera de clientes/equipos. Análisis de indicadores comerciales y elaboración de informes. Experiencia en docencia, capacitación o facill ... . Licencia de conducir vigente clase B (Indispensable para el desplazamiento en la ruta asignada). Residencia: Exclusivamente con residencia estratégica en La Serena o Coquimbo (para facilitar la cobertura del sector). Herramientas Técnicas: Manejo de Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Redes Sociales y apertura hacia herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial.

Liderazgo cercano, inspirador y empático. Excelente comunicación y oratoria. Orientación a resultados y pensamiento estratégico. Capacidad de planificación, organización y autonomía en terreno.
