Skechers is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Copiapó store. You will lead a team, ensure exceptional customer service, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive sales, coach colleagues, manage inventory, and help the store manager achieve targets while maintaining Skechers' brand standards.

Formación

• Previous experience in an assistant managerial role.
• Excellent Leadership and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise in-store.
• Highly organised to manage inventory, staffing, and other operational tasks.
• The ability to help lead and motivate a team with the store manager.
