Skechers Chile is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead in-store operations, motivate the team, and ensure excellent customer service. You will support the store manager with daily tasks and help drive sales in a fashion-forward environment.

You will oversee inventory and scheduling, contribute to a positive team culture, and help the store meet its targets in a dynamic retail setting.
