Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist, Account Management for Retail & Commerce. You will drive growth by developing opportunities, expanding the sales pipeline, and strengthening partnerships.

You will collaborate across Product, Business Development, Marketing and Product Management to tailor solutions and support revenue growth. In this role, you will build customer relationships, develop strategies, and contribute to achieving targets in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Experience executing and managing business development strategies across markets, regions, or industry verticals.
• Proven track record of achieving business development objectives and building strong customer relationships.
• Professional experience in financial services, payments, cards, or a related industry.
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and business case development.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and management of the sales pipeline in collaboration with Product, Business Development, and Account Management teams.
• Develop and execute customer account strategies aligned with market and geographic objectives.
• Contribute to the achievement of sales, volume, market share, and net revenue targets.
• Develop commercial proposals and business cases for Retail & Commerce customers.
• Build, manage, and strengthen strategic customer relationships.
• Partner with customers to deliver customized solutions and consultative support.
• Analyze customer performance through profitability modeling, financial forecasting, and competitive analysis.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sustainable growth within existing customer portfolios.
• Collaborate across functions including Account Management, Business Development, Marketing, Advertising, and Product Management.
