Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Consultant/Consulting Manager in our Operations Practice (OPS) focusing on procurement. You will assume end-to-end responsibility within a project, collaborating with clients to understand issues and develop strategies that unlock performance.

You will work on-site with client teams, expand expertise in procurement, manage multiple relationships, and help drive change.

Formación

• 5-15 years of experience in industry roles or consulting.
• Proven knowledge and experience in procurement.
• Experience managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication and leadership to influence client agendas.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Academic background from a leading university.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Work with client teams on site to deliver projects.
• Lead modules independently on select topics.
• Develop depth in Operations, especially Procurement.
• Support case teams with deep expertise.
• Ensure quality analysis and advocate for value-driven recommendations.
• Educate clients on state-of-the-art technologies and tools.
