BHP Chile, a leading mining company, seeks a Principal Operational Readiness professional to lead operational readiness across project investments, ensuring safe, efficient handover into operations. You will support senior leadership, embed requirements through the project lifecycle, and drive long-term value through disciplined execution.

Qualificações

• Experience in project management and/or operational site environments.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, optimize, and govern asset and maintenance strategies for long-term value across assets and equipment.
• Support project outcomes with understanding of operational systems and handover risks.
• Create Operational Readiness plans, schedules, and deliverables for asset preparation.
• Review construction methodologies and advise on engineering decisions per standards.
• Provide technical leadership to meet operational objectives.
• Engage with diverse stakeholders to build strong relationships.
• Identify risks and support risk-informed decision-making.
• Plan, monitor, and manage project activities to deliver value.
• Conduct analyses and provide evidence-based recommendations for decisions.
• Embed governance, assurance, and change management practices to protect value.
