CBM360TIV CHELLI is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee all operational, financial, and strategic activities of its mining operations in Antofagasta. The role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business growth across the mining site.

The position reports to the Executive Board / Regional Director and requires a track record of managing large-scale mining operations, with a focus on safety, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mining, Engineering, or Business Management.
• Professional certifications in mining management or operational excellence preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct overall mining operations, production, and site management.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with Chilean mining regulations and safety standards.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering high-performance culture.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships, including government, contractors, and investors.
