Formación

• 5+ years in accounting/finance roles, preferably in mining or industrial sectors.
• Proven experience in managing a finance team and complex reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff, improving processes and controls.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
