ElevenLabs is hiring a Deployment Strategist Lead based in Chile. You’ll open a new market, hire a team, and win initial customers for our voice and audio AI platform. The role blends startup rigor with executive collaboration to drive scalable impact.

You’ll own high‑stakes engagements, design bespoke integrations, and guide customers from first contact to successful deployment, working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams.

Formación

• Executive stakeholder engagement experience at C-suite/VP level.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead technical teams.
• Proficiency in Python and API integration for prototyping.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand voice/audio AI tech and apply it strategically.
• Strong commercial sense and go-to-market awareness.
• Nice to have partner ecosystem development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Meet strategic customers to understand audio and voice AI needs.
• Build and lead a forward-deployed engineering team in the region.
• Identify use cases and work with engineers to implement solutions.
• Design bespoke integrations for customers' products and ops.
• Guide customers on best practices to maximize impact of models.
• Present results and future work proposals to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with Research and Product to feed field insights.
• Build and deliver compelling demos for new and existing customers.
• Scope applications in new industries and expand globally.
• Own end-to-end execution of major projects with partners.
• Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and exec teams.
