We are seeking a seasoned and solutions-focused Sr. Technical Support Engineer to join a dynamic technical support team. In this role, you’ll provide expert-level assistance to customers and partners, helping resolve complex technical challenges related to enterprise software integration and performance. You’ll act as a subject matter expert (SME) in your specialization area, collaborating across support, engineering, and product teams to drive fast resolution and improve customer experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a high-impact role supporting mission-critical systems.

Accountabilities:

  • Deliver advanced technical support for customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues across Linux, databases, and web technologies
  • Serve as an escalation point and technical SME in one or more specialized support domains
  • Maintain and contribute to technical documentation including knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
  • Reproduce customer environments and issues in lab setups to ensure accurate solutions
  • Lead technical enablement sessions internally and externally to share product knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software support, with strong troubleshooting expertise
  • Proficiency in Linux systems and shell scripting
  • Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL) and SQL
  • Knowledge of web servers (Apache, Nginx), REST APIs, Java and/or Python debugging
  • Bonus experience includes familiarity with JDBC, Elasticsearch, NoSQL, Hadoop, Kubernetes, and Docker
