BYD Chile is seeking an experienced Spare Parts Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations and establish procedures for inbound, outbound, and inventory counting in the local warehouse.

You will coordinate with the Chinese team, manage costs and safety, run regular counts, monitor last-mile logistics, and report data to stakeholders in both Spanish and English. Fluent in Spanish and English with 3+ years in automotive parts warehousing is required.

Formación

• 3+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in automotive spare parts.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience with SAP and WMS systems and leading a warehouse team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in establishing a local spare parts warehouse management system and formulating procedures for inbound, outbound, and inventory counting.
• Manage daily operations: receiving/inspection, storage planning, picking, verification, and in-warehouse maintenance.
• Organize regular inventory counts and investigate discrepancies between records and physical stock.
• Control warehouse operational costs and enforce safety standards.
• Compile warehouse data and report to the Chinese team.
• Monitor last-mile logistics, track loading, in-transit status, and ETA, and share updates with stakeholders.
• Collect logistics documents, support expense payments, and provide feedback on logistics data.

1. 1. Assist the Chinese team in establishing the local spare parts warehouse management system and formulating warehouse operation procedures (including inbound, outbound, and inventory counting).
2. 2. Responsible for the daily operational management of the spare parts warehouse, including parts receiving and inspection, storage location planning, picking and verification, and in-warehouse maintenance.
3. 3. Organize regular inventory counts, investigate book-to-physical discrepancies, and ensure alignment between records and actual stock.
4. 4. Manage spare parts warehouse operational costs and enforce warehouse safety management standards.
5. 5. Regularly compile warehouse business data and report to the Chinese team.
6. 6. Monitor the status of spare parts last-mile logistics, record material loading, in-transit status, and ETA, and synchronize the information to the Chinese team and relevant business stakeholders.
7. 7. Collect last-mile logistics documents, assist in completing payment applications for related expenses, and regularly provide feedback on logistics operational data.

Job Requirements:

1. 1. Over 3 years of warehouse management experience, with preference for at least 1 year in automotive spare parts warehouse management.
2. 2. Proficiency in Spanish and English.
3. 3. Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP, and possess warehouse team management capabilities.
