• *Determine if the filters and options are relevant and reflect the customer's preferences.
• *Review your assessments for accuracy and consistency

Requirements

• Fully Proficient in Spanish
• Proficient in English
• Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Preferably, prior experience or familiarity with Relevance tasks and expertise in e-commerce searches/websites.
• Excellent online research skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to conduct thorough research within specified time constraints and effectively managing short throughputs.
• Reliable computer system and internet connection
• Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality
• Completion of a language assessment, learning module, and a mandatory quality test is required prior to starting work.
