BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer specialized in Open Banking to build and maintain secure APIs and integrations that support a rapidly evolving financial ecosystem. You will ensure PSD2 compliance and enable seamless account aggregation and payment initiation services across platforms.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience in fintech or banking.
• Proven experience building and integrating Open Banking APIs.

• Knowledge of API security standards including FAPI.

• Advanced English skills.

Software Engineer (Open Banking) at BairesDev

As a Software Engineer specializing in Open Banking, you will build and maintain secure APIs and integrations to support the evolving financial ecosystem. You will play a key role in ensuring PSD2 compliance and enabling seamless account aggregation and payment initiation services.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and manage robust Open Banking APIs to facilitate secure financial data exchange.
• Implement and maintain PSD2-compliant solutions to ensure regulatory adherence and consumer protection.
• Build and optimize integrations for account aggregation and payment initiation services across diverse financial platforms.
• Ensure the highest level of security for financial APIs by implementing FAPI standards and advanced authentication protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API standards, security requirements, and integration strategies.
• Monitor and improve the performance and reliability of Open Banking infrastructure to support mission-critical financial operations.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Fintech or Banking systems.
• Proven expertise in building and integrating Open Banking APIs and financial services.
• Deep understanding of PSD2 compliance, account aggregation, and payment initiation.
• Strong knowledge of financial API security standards including FAPI.
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining secure, scalable API architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
