The role requires managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams, coordinating environmental permitting with SERNAGEOMIN, SEA, SMA, and engaging with authorities and local communities. 10+ years in mining project management preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience managing mining projects, including underground mining operations.
• Strong knowledge of Chilean mining and environmental regulations.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of mining projects.
• Oversee underground mining project activities from engineering to readiness.
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with Chilean mining and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate environmental permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Identify and mitigate safety, cost, and schedule risks.
• Monitor progress and report to senior management.
• Maintain HSEC standards and stakeholder relationships.
