BairesDev is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to transform complex technical information into clear, accessible documentation for internal and external audiences. You will establish standards, maintain a knowledge base, and ensure high-quality communication across API references, user guides, and internal wikis.

You'll collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate concepts into precise language, design templates for consistency, and govern style guides across outputs.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
• Proven expertise in creating technical documentation, including API docs, user guides, and internal knowledge management.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, GitBook, and MkDocs.
• Advanced skills in writing and formatting content using Markdown.
• Strong background in documenting complex API endpoints and workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage comprehensive documentation including API references, user guides, and internal wikis.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate technical concepts into simple, precise language.
• Design and maintain documentation templates to ensure consistency in structure, style, and organization.
• Develop and optimize API documentation, including code samples and migration paths for developers.
• Implement and govern technical writing standards and style guides across all documentation outputs.
