IQVIA is seeking a Principal Stat Programmer for a 100% home-based role. The candidate will develop and validate complex datasets, ensure CDISC ADaM/SDTM compliance, and support clinical trials through expert SAS and R programming. Strong leadership and English proficiency are required.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in efficacy analysis or 4+ years in ADaM programming, with LATAM native language (Spanish or Portuguese) and the ability to mentor others.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years working with efficacy analysis (ADaM datasets & TLFs) and/or 4+ years on ADAM statistical programming on clinical trials.
• Hands-on proficiency in R programming language (mandatory).
• Proficiency in SAS programming language.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Native language required - LATAM: Spanish or Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and validates complex datasets and outputs using SAS programming in line with CDISC ADaM and SDTM.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize programming processes and accuracy.
• Mentors junior programmers and guides the programming team.
• Drives continuous improvement of programming workflows and standards.
