DXC Technology seeks a skilled cyber security analyst to scrutinize escalated events from SOC Tier 1/2, distinguish threats from benign activity, and escalate confirmed incidents to the Incident Response Lead. The role demands in-depth analysis of logs, events, and IOC ingestion across enterprise security tools.

You will collaborate with IT and engineering teams, perform trend analysis, and help improve alerting and incident handling efficiency.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience handling cyber security incidents in critical environments.
• Experience with incident handling and analysis, intrusion detection, and log analysis.
• Familiarity with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewall technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze escalated cyber security events and escalate to incident lead as needed.
• Perform in-depth analysis of logs and alerts to identify incidents.
• Ingest IOC's into security tools to protect client networks.
• Develop SOPs and runbooks for SOC analysts.
• Coordinate with enterprise teams to resolve incidents and improve processes.
