EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Security Engineer to protect organizational systems, data, and infrastructure. The role emphasizes cross-team collaboration and continuous security improvements across processes, tools, and practices.

You will build and audit IAM automation, enforce least privilege, and align with industry standards while supporting audits and incident response. Strong leadership and English communication are essential for this global team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional cybersecurity experience.
• 1+ year leading development teams.

Responsabilidades

• Create, roll out, and uphold security policies and procedures.
• Triage cybersecurity requests and oversee security intake queues.
• Build and audit Python automation for IAM workflows.
• Manage access rights and least privilege adherence.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory alignment.
• Track security metrics and drive improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and other groups to embed security across lifecycle.
