Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Data Migration Consultant to lead data migration activities across full project lifecycles in international environments.

You will partner with local SMEs and IT teams, manage data cleansing, mapping, validation, and cutover, and coordinate with offshore/global teams to ensure successful migrations to SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP consulting experience, focused on Data Migration or Data Conversion.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and/or rollouts.
• Participation in at least 3 complete end-to-end SAP implementations or rollouts.
• Hands-on SAP data migration activities, including cleansing, mapping, validation, and migration loads.
• Experience migrating data from multiple legacy ERP systems into SAP S/4HANA.
• Previous SAP projects in LATAM are highly desirable.
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder-management with business SMEs, IT, and global delivery teams.

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Data Migration Consultant to join our team as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands‑on experience in SAP Data Migration, end‑to‑end SAP implementations or rollouts, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, international environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data migration activities throughout the full project lifecycle, from data preparation and cleansing through validation and successful load cycles.
• Partner with local SMEs to define data cleansing requirements, conversion rules, data mappings, and validation criteria.
• Support Local IT and legacy‑system teams during deployment waves and migration cycles.
• Provide clarification and guidance regarding SAP S/4HANA data objects to enable migration from multiple legacy ERP systems.
• Support and troubleshoot data‑related issues during migration, testing, cutover, and deployment activities.
• Coordinate closely with offshore and global project teams, ensuring alignment across different functions and geographies.
• Contribute to data quality, migration readiness, reconciliation, and successful business validation.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of SAP consulting experience, ideally focused on Data Migration or Data Conversion.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and/or rollout projects.
• Proven participation in at least 3 complete end‑to‑end SAP implementations or rollouts.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Data Migration activities, including:
• Data cleansing
• Data mapping and conversion rules
• Data validation and reconciliation
• Migration/load cycles
• Cutover and deployment support
• Experience migrating data from multiple legacy ERP systems into SAP S/4HANA.
• Previous experience supporting SAP projects in LATAM is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and ability to work with business SMEs, IT teams, and global delivery teams.
• Fluent English is mandatory, as the role requires regular coordination with international and offshore teams.
• SAP certifications are considered a plus.
