Fever seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end events with cross-functional teams, from concept to execution and reporting. You will influence scaling strategies for Fever’s live experiences across markets, collaborating with Marketing and Operations to maximize ticket sales and coverage.

You’ll drive partnerships, nurture the Fever Partner Network, and travel as needed. You’ll join a diverse, fast-paced team with opportunities for professional growth and a strong emphasis on hands-on

Formación

• 5+ years in a project management or consulting role.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Strategic thinker able to translate briefs into action.
• Able to manage multiple work streams with hands-on collaboration.
• Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
• Strong academic background is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• As a Senior Project Manager, develop, launch and manage events from A to Z with cross-functional teams.
• Define scaling strategies for Fever’s events across markets.
• Own strategic planning, execution and reporting for key experiences.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and other departments to maximize event impact.
• Support travel to scale experiences to other cities and develop Fever Partner Network.
