Turner & Townsend in Chile is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Project Lead to be the key day-to-day client interface, ensuring objectives are met and projects delivered on time and within cost targets with high quality, sustainability and safety.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team through design, permitting, procurement and construction, overseeing pre/post contract life cycle and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Formación

• Extensive experience delivering major projects and programmes.
• Experience as SPM-Project Lead within a PMC/EPCM/Construction or General Contractor.
• Strong focus on Quality and Health & Safety on site.
• Understanding of project controls and scheduling software.
• Proactive, meticulous and team-oriented with strong communication.

• Overall Project Management and leadership of the team.

• Project controls, cost tracking and reporting.
• Preconstruction activities and procurement oversight.
