Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Ads & Funnel Specialist based in Chile to lead hands-on paid acquisition and funnel optimization.

You will manage Meta and Google Ads, prepare for TikTok initiatives, and build repeatable systems and SOPs for future growth. The role combines performance marketing with funnel strategy, analytics, and creative testing; you will work independently to improve conversion outcomes and report weekly results.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on paid advertising experience.
• Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven high-ticket funnel experience (approx. $1,500–$5,000+).
• Hands-on GoHighLevel and CRM workflows.
• Strong English writing for ads, reporting, and SOPs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and continuously optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with potential future responsibility for TikTok Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and use data to optimize audiences, creative, messaging, hooks, budgets, and campaign structures.
• Build and optimize high-ticket marketing funnels in GoHighLevel, including landing pages, application forms, checkout flows, and follow-up sequences.
• Monitor the complete lead journey from initial ad interaction through conversion, identifying and resolving funnel or follow-up issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics 4, and UTM tracking to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
• Track KPIs such as cost per lead, cost per sale, conversion rates, and ROAS; prepare weekly performance reports.
• Develop and test ad copy, headlines, hooks, short-form scripts, UGC concepts, and other creative approaches.
• Create structured SOPs in Notion covering advertising, funnels, tracking, and recurring marketing processes.
• Keep marketing systems organized and repeatable; communicate performance, issues, priorities, and next steps clearly.
• Support onboarding and training of future marketing team members as the business expands.
