Job summary

Ria Money Transfer, a business segment of Euronet Worldwide, is hiring a senior .NET developer to lead key initiatives in Santiago. You will design REST APIs, microservices, and integrate third-party services while mentoring the team.

Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, Python, Java, and SQL Server is required. The role demands a Bachelor’s in CS or related field and 7+ years’ software experience with 3+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience as a .Net Developer or equivalent.
• 3+ years leading complex initiatives and core projects.
• Proficiency with .Net Core, C#, Python, Java, SQL Server, Git/Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, relational databases and SDLC.
• Experience with debugging, performance profiling, and optimization.
• Ability to manage time across multiple tasks independently or in a team.
• Self-motivated, team player, with clear communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of key initiatives while guiding the team on engineering best practices.
• Develop & support .Net Core & .Net Framework REST APIs & microservices.
• Write clean, scalable code using standard design patterns and practices.
• Mentor and develop the team, promoting continuous improvement and quality delivery.
• Design & integrate third-party services to support business needs.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to meet project deadlines.
• Analyze opportunities for improvements in the app and process flow.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and delivery plans.
