Ria Money Transfer is seeking a senior .NET leader to drive delivery of key initiatives and guide engineering teams in best practices. You will develop and support REST APIs and microservices using .NET Core/C#, while mentoring teammates to ensure quality delivery.

Responsibilities include integrating third-party services, collaborating with multiple teams, and translating business requirements into technical plans for delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree required in CS/IT or related field.
• 7+ years professional experience as .NET Developer or OOP language.
• 3+ years leading complex initiatives and core projects.
• Strong proficiency with .NET Core, C#, Python, Java, SQL Server, Git/Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, relational DBs, and SDLC.
• Experience with debugging, performance profiling, and optimization.

• Drive delivery of key initiatives and guide the team on engineering best practices.
• Develop and support .NET Core & .NET Framework REST APIs & microservices.
• Write clean, scalable code using standard design patterns.
• Mentor team, promote continuous improvement and quality delivery.
