Elios, Inc. is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to own data and ML pipelines for customer segmentation, lifetime value, and causal inference in marketing. The role involves pulling data from client environments, building feature stores, and scheduling deployments at large scale in a fully remote contract based in Chile.

Spanish is preferred. The project runs for 8 weeks with possible extension to 16 weeks, within a crafts-based digital product studio supported by a global strategy consulting parent.

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior ML Engineer to own the data and ML pipelines behind two data science workstreams: customer segmentation and lifetime value, and causal inference for marketing. You'll get data out of client environments, build feature stores, and get models scheduled and deployed at billions-of-rows scale.

This is an 8-week, fully remote contract with potential extension to 16 weeks, with the data science and machine learning team at a crafts-based digital product studio backed by a global strategy consulting parent. Spanish is preferred.

Working inside someone else's cloud, with restricted access and tight security, is part of the job. If that doesn't slow you down, you'll fit right in.
