Plan A Technologies is actively seeking a skilled Java Engineer to design, build, and scale core server-side logic for our applications. You will focus on high-performance microservices and ensure smooth data flow across the infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams.

We require at least 5+ years of Java experience and strong English communication. The role offers remote work options, flexible collaboration with global offices, and a dynamic, hands-on engineering culture.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience developing with Java
• Proven experience building high-performance microservices and defining efficient RPC protocols (gRPC)
• Demonstrated experience working with message brokers and event-driven architecture (Kafka)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java
• Implement high-performance microservices and manage data pipelines and event-driven architectures
• Identify bottlenecks, optimize performance, and ensure high availability and scalability of core services
• Partner with product managers and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions
