Plan A Technologies is seeking a skilled Java Engineer to design, build, and scale backend logic, microservices, and data flows. You will translate technical requirements into robust, production-ready code while working closely with cross-functional partners.

Required: 5+ years of Java development experience, proficiency in gRPC and Kafka, and strong English communication. Location offers 100% remote work or the option to join global offices.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience developing with Java.
• Proven experience building high-performance microservices and defining efficient RPC protocols (gRPC).
• Demonstrated experience working with message brokers and event-driven architecture (Kafka).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java.
• Implement high-performance microservices and manage data pipelines and event-driven architectures.
• Identify bottlenecks, optimize performance, and ensure high availability of core services.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
