BairesDev is seeking a Senior Java & Cloud Engineer to set the architectural direction for multi-cloud control plane services and drive long-term platform strategy. You will lead initiatives to ensure core distributed systems are scalable, secure, and optimized for modern cloud environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on Java development, cloud expertise (AWS/GCP/Azure), and Kubernetes/Docker proficiency, with 100% remote work and flexible hours. English proficiency is required.

Formación

5+ years of software/ cloud engineering experience.
Proven expertise in Java and designing distributed systems.
Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

Responsabilidades

Define the architectural direction for multi-cloud control plane services.
Design and implement robust, scalable distributed systems.
Leverage containerization to optimize deployment and scalability.
Mentor senior engineering team members and influence technical decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align infrastructure with business goals.
