BairesDev is seeking a Senior IAM Security Engineer to design, implement, and govern identity and access management systems for enterprise environments. You will help establish zero-trust architectures, secure cloud infrastructure, and ensure compliance across digital assets.

You will design IAM frameworks, conduct threat modeling, implement encryption and data protection strategies, and integrate automated security controls into CI/CD.

Formación

• 5+ years in Security Engineering, IAM, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with cloud and container security.
• Proficient in threat modeling and secure SDLC.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deploy IAM frameworks to secure authentication and authorization.
• Perform threat modeling and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Define data protection strategies focusing on encryption and tokenization.
• Integrate security controls and scanning into CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee cloud/container security and access policies.
• Lead incident response and security monitoring.
