Bluelight is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE professional to lead modern infrastructure and security practices across multi-cloud or US/LATAM clients. You will design, implement, and operate scalable, secure systems with a strong focus on automation, reliability, and performance.

You will overlap US business hours, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to challenging, high-impact projects using Terraform, Docker, and AWS services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps roles.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, S3).
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Docker and ECS/Fargate Kubernetes exposure.
• CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.
• Deployment automation and rollback drills.
• Monitoring/observability tooling (OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch).
• Load testing (k6) and latency SLO adherence.
• Security-first mindset: vulnerability scanning and secrets management.
• SOC 2 audit support and client security reviews.
