Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data engineering, strong Python, Spark, and Delta Lake experience, plus hands-on AWS Glue or Databricks and observability. Excellent English required; 100% remote, flexible schedule, and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• 3+ years with AWS Glue or Databricks.
• 3+ years with Spark.
• 2+ years with Delta Lake.
• 5+ years using Python for ETL and automation.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines.
• Develop and optimize distributed processes in Spark.
• Manage Delta Lake tables, versioning and schema evolution.
• Write clean, modular Python code for ETL and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into reliable data solutions.
