BairesDev is seeking a Data Engineer to join our fully remote team. You will build and optimize data pipelines using a modern cloud-native stack, powering decision-making across the organization.

You will own end-to-end data solutions from design to production, work with Spark, Delta Lake, and Python, and collaborate with global teams to translate business needs into scalable data products. This role offers global collaboration and a flexible, remote-friendly environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of Data Engineering experience.
• Experience with AWS Glue or Databricks.
• Experience with Apache Spark.
• Experience with Delta Lake.
• 5+ years of Python for ETL and automation.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability in data pipelines.
• Cloud experience is required.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines in a cloud-native stack.
• Develop and optimize distributed Spark processes for large data volumes.
• Manage Delta Lake tables with schema evolution and versioning.
• Write clean, modular Python code for ETL and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
