Formación

  • Más de 10 años de experiencia en planificación comercial o análisis empresarial.

Your next challenge

At Pluxee, we are looking for a senior commercial data leader who not only reports numbers but transforms them into growth actions. This role will be key to automate, structure, and apply intelligence (human and artificial) to information, providing clarity and concrete opportunities across the organization. Your mission will be to ensure data quality, anticipate business needs, and connect insights with marketing, sales, and communication initiatives, acting as a strategic partner for the commercial area.

What you will do
  • Design, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel (Power Query/Macros) with a focus on clarity and clean visualization.
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and traceability of commercial data, serving as the single source of truth for reports and forecasts.
  • Develop advanced forecasting and segmentation models (new clients, portfolio, merchants). Apply Artificial Intelligence tools to:
    • Intelligently contact the client portfolio, prioritizing high-potential clients.
    • Identify buying patterns and recommend cross/up-sell opportunities.
    • Connect marketing campaigns and sales actions with measurable results.
    • Generate proactive intelligence for new business opportunities.
  • Segment and analyze the client portfolio by industry, size, and business potential.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of events, campaigns, and commercial actions.
  • Drive data-driven initiatives: prospecting databases, data cross-checks, analysis of food ticket adjustments with incremental, and more.
  • Clearly and precisely explain numbers to executive committees and the board, with clean, consistent, and easy-to-read reports.
You’re a match - What we're looking for

Education Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate or certification in Business Analytics, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence applied to business preferred.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • +10 years of experience in commercial planning, sales operations, or business analysis in complex B2B companies.
  • Proven track record in report automation and executive dashboard development.
  • Experience integrating data, marketing, and sales to generate real growth.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel (Power Query/Macros), and Salesforce.
  • Experience in forecasting models, predictive analysis, and AI applied to sales.
  • Advanced English (oral and written).

Languages:

  • Spanish (Native/Full professional proficiency)
  • English (Advanced)
