Thoughtworks Chile is seeking Infrastructure Engineers to help clients build and evolve systems using Google Cloud Platform, DevOps and Agile practices. You’ll work remotely with occasional on-site visits to clients in Chile, collaborating with multinational teams and shaping cloud infrastructure strategies.

The role emphasizes hands-on implementation, automated delivery, and guidance on security, monitoring, and scalable architectures to drive business outcomes.

Formación

• Experience designing and deploying hosting platforms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiar with DevOps, Agile, Infrastructure as Code concepts.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools, e.g., Grafana.

Responsabilidades

• You will launch projects through hands-on implementation and drive improvements.
• You will explore client needs and collaborate on a technical roadmap and impactful solution.
• You will help shape Thoughtworks’ cloud and infrastructure practice with teams.
• You will ensure and build CI/CD controls and automate across delivery stages.
• You will proactively monitor and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• You will provide guidance in DevOps, cloud, platform and infrastructure engineering.
• You will establish partnerships with client engineering leadership.
• You will adjust and suggest innovative solutions within constraints.
