Bluelight is seeking a senior software architect to guide the design of high-performance, multi-tenant systems in a fast-moving consultancy. You will shape architectures, review code, and mentor teams as you translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

You’ll collaborate with clients in the US and Latin America, balance latency budgets, ensure security and compliance, and document decisions with ADRs.

Formación

• 8+ years professional software development experience, incl 3+ years in architecture-focused role.
• Deep AWS experience designing low-latency service architectures.
• Experience designing to latency budgets (p95/p99) and durable commits.
• Experience designing audit/evidence systems with append-only logs and versioned models.
• Experience designing secure multi-tenant environments.
• Deep PostgreSQL/AuroraDB and RLS knowledge.
• Expertise in building scalable RESTful APIs.
• Experience documenting architecture decisions (ADRs).
• Experience mentoring engineering teams and conducting architecture reviews.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
