Senior Channel Manager Chile
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Channel Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and open channel sales in mobile telephony industry, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail and open channel accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the retail and open channel sectors.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations with key accounts to secure favorable terms and conditions. Ensure contracts and agreements are aligned with company policies and objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any issues or concerns.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts. Address and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Budget Management: Manage account budgets and ensure that all sales activities are within the allocated budget.
Minimum experience:
5+ years - experience, in retail and open channel sales in mobile telephony industry, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth
Certifications: Bachelor/master’s degree
Travel Required: Yes
