Senior Business Analyst at BairesDev

In this role, you'll bridge the gap between technical operations and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth enterprise onboarding and customer success. Working at the intersection of technical troubleshooting and customer operations, you'll gather requirements, triage issues, and coordinate across teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. • Strong background in technical business analysis and customer operations.
• Experience with enterprise onboarding and workflow support.
• Proven ability in customer-facing requirements gathering and issue triage.
• Experience with technical troubleshooting coordination.
• Background in ticket management and escalation workflows.
• API-aware communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with process mapping and onboarding playbooks.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice To Have

• Experience with B2B products.
• Background in SaaS platform configuration support.
• Familiarity with Freshdesk, Jira, or Zendesk.
• Knowledge of Web2/Web3 platform environments.
• Experience with UAT coordination.
• Basic knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or similar.
