Job summary

Corus Consulting an Alten Company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a role focused on Interest Rate Swaps and Electronic Trading in Chile. You will work with Front Office traders and business stakeholders to translate needs into functional specs and support the delivery of trading solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Financial Markets, strong Fixed Income and IRS knowledge, and experience with Agile environments.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Markets.
Strong knowledge of Fixed Income Markets and Interest Rate Swaps (IRS).
Experience with Electronic Trading and Front Office Trading.
Understanding of RFQ, Bid/Ask Pricing, and Trading Venues.
Knowledge of Client Tiering, Pre-Trade and Post-Trade Flows.
Understanding of interest rate derivatives valuation and pricing.
Experience gathering functional requirements, writing User Stories, and defining Use Cases.
Experience with Agile methodologies and stakeholder management.
Ability to collaborate with traders, business users, and development teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with Front Office traders and business stakeholders.
Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Support Electronic Trading initiatives for Interest Rate Swaps.
Coordinate with technology teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Provide functional support and act as a key point of contact for local business users.
