BairesDev is seeking a Senior BI Engineer to join its fully remote team. You will build ETL/ELT pipelines in Python, feed structured data models, and power the semantic layer behind BI dashboards.

You'll work across data modeling, Power BI, and Fabric, delivering accurate KPIs from pipeline to dashboard, with full BI lifecycle ownership.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in BI or data engineering.
• Advanced Python for ETL/ELT including Delta Lake, PySpark, pandas, and REST APIs.
• Data modeling with Star/Snowflake schemas and semantic layer design in Power BI/Fabric.
• Experience with Power BI and strong DAX skills.
• Advanced SQL skills (SQL Server or equivalent).
• CI/CD for BI using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Experience building data quality and validation frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Senior BI Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll build ETL/ELT pipelines in Python that feed well-structured data models, powering the semantic layer behind meaningful business intelligence. Working across data modeling and Power BI, you'll ensure that KPIs and metrics reflect the underlying data accurately, from pipeline to dashboard. What You'll Do

What We Are Looking For

• Experience with Power Query (M) transformations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, including Direct Lake and Lakehouse architecture.
