Meraki Talent is seeking an experienced Transaction Services Senior Consultant to join our Chile team. You will work on complex financial due diligence engagements for international investors and corporate clients, with a path to managerial roles within 6–12 months.

Responsibilities include leading analytical work, financial modelling, and reporting under tight deadlines while collaborating with cross-border deal teams. English is essential, Spanish is a plus as you develop proficiency.

Formación

• Experience in Transaction Services or Financial Due Diligence (FDD).
• 2–4 years of Audit experience followed by Transaction Services / FDD experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and report-writing skills.
• Experience working with clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• English is essential; Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.

We are currently seeking a talented professional to join a leading Transaction Services team in Chile at Senior Consultant level with a view of becoming manager in 6-12 months.

Requirements:

• Previous experience within Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence (FDD); or
• 2–4 years of Audit experience followed by Transaction Services / FDD experience.
• Strong exposure to financial due diligence engagements and transaction-related projects.
• Excellent analytical, financial modelling and report-writing skills.
• Experience working with clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Language Requirements

• English is essential, as approximately 80% of reports are prepared in English.
• Spanish is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should be willing to develop conversational Spanish proficiency within 6–12 months.
