BairesDev, a global technology company, offers a fully remote role for a Semi Senior Project Manager. You will drive complex software projects, develop detailed plans, and manage scope, schedule, and budget while mitigating risks and meeting stakeholder expectations.

With 3+ years in software project management and strong Agile expertise, you will mentor teammates, communicate effectively with senior leaders, and ensure projects deliver value on time and within budget.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in project management, specifically in software development.
• Proven experience in delivering software projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with risk management and change management in projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively.
• Basic IT infrastructure and software architecture knowledge.
• Experience in resource allocation and team management.
• Familiarity with project reporting and documentation standards.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage complex software development projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
